  • Why did you want to become an Exercise physiologist?

I started studying Exercise and Sports Science planning to transfer into Physiotherapy; but I really enjoyed learning about the ways that exercise and physical activity affect the body, and how to utilise that to program for a range of different outcomes whether they are performance based or rehab based.

What do you love the most about your job?

I’ve always wanted to feel like I was helping people with my job. I love feeling like I have made a positive impact on my client’s lives.

Where will we find you outside of the workplace?

Most likely chasing after our son, he keeps me on my toes!

    Favourite food?

    Probably pasta.
